Our Therapy Specialties
Depression Therapy
Depression can make life feel heavy, exhausting, and disconnected, leaving you struggling to find motivation, joy, or hope. Therapy helps you understand the factors contributing to depression, develop healthier coping strategies, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may feel lost right now.
Anxiety Therapy
Anxiety can leave you constantly worrying, overthinking, and feeling on edge, even when there is no immediate danger. Therapy helps you calm your nervous system, challenge anxious thought patterns, and build confidence in your ability to handle uncertainty and stress.
Trauma & PTSD Therapy
Trauma and PTSD can make the past feel like it's still happening, leaving you stuck in cycles of fear, hypervigilance, or emotional overwhelm. Therapy helps you safely process painful experiences, reduce triggers, and regain a greater sense of safety, control, and peace.
Toxic Relationships Therapy
Toxic relationships can leave lasting wounds, affecting your confidence, boundaries, and ability to trust yourself or others. Therapy helps you heal from unhealthy relationship patterns, rebuild self-trust, and create healthier, more fulfilling connections moving forward.
Divorce Counseling
Divorce can bring overwhelming emotions, uncertainty, and ongoing stress, especially when conflict or co-parenting challenges are involved. Counseling helps you process the emotional impact of separation, strengthen your resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Meet Lauren Taylor, an Experienced Therapist Working with Clients in California and Oklahoma
Lauren E. Taylor, LMFT
Practice Founder and Clinical Supervisor
EMDR and DBT certified
Licensed in CA, OK, and NV
My work as a therapist has been shaped by more than a decade of supporting people through trauma, relationship challenges, and intense emotional experiences.
I began my career in crisis and community mental health settings, working with teens and adults navigating severe mental illness, mood disorders, and high-risk situations. Those early years taught me how to stay present, calm, and effective in moments when clients felt overwhelmed or hopeless.
I help clients understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact to shape their daily lives. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions to identify unhelpful patterns and develop practical strategies for change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. My goal is to help you move beyond simply managing symptoms and toward a more balanced, confident, and fulfilling life.
